My Accordion book on InDesign

My Accordion Book I made on InDesign which included photos that I took and photos of people wearing clothes that I have made. This was a fun project that took me a matter of minutes due to it being the last week of school so I tried to finish it as fast as I could. But I will definitely be doing another one of these accordion books again.

TESTING out CHARACTER on product

what do you think???

CHARACTER

Trying to create a character to add to my TSHIRT --

Using Pathfinders

My 1st Character

This was my 1st time making a character by using basic shapes in illustrator. It looks pretty simple but it was an accomplishment for me since this was my 1st time using this program.
Creating an EGG on ILLUSTRATOR to give it a 3D look by adding shadows & gradients.

CREATING PATTERNS

This project was a mix of me adding my original character and making patterns on ART ILLUSTRATOR & PHOTOSHOP! I learned so much during this project such as adding layers, clipping mask, and duplicating images as well. This was was a start of me making my first product.

Character Background

This is an image that I created. It was inspired by iggy! a top super model back in the 80's. This document was created on ART ILLUSTRATOR. I had fun doing this project.

Collage

this was a pretty fun & interesting exercise that we did in class today!... Its way more complicated then it looks -- with the whole merging the pictures together and creating folders to saturate the images... I would have done this another way which would have took me less time but I guess this was the correct way to do it. :)

Artistaday

Matteo Pugliese (artistaday page)
From the archive of artist I looked at on artistaday.com I came upon a sculpture that really captured my eye from artist that goes by the name of Matteo Pulgiese. The image shown was a sculpture of a man that had a real emotional expression on his face. In some way it kind of reminded me of Jesus Christ on a cross except the sculpture was somehow mounted up on the wall.  I decided to look up some more of his work on the internet and come to find some more of his work that was kind of similar in the way it was done but they all looked different with different facial expressions. It was as if the sculpture itself and the people in the sculpture had so much expression on their faces that you can tell that they were going through some things in their life because neither one of them had a happy expression on their faces.
